Children’s Registered Manager – Ebbw Vale
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annumAnnual Leave: 33 days (including bank holidays)
Are you an experienced Children’s Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to step up? We are recruiting for a passionate and motivated leader to manage a high-quality children’s residential service in Ebbw Vale.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full day-to-day management of a children’s residential home
- Ensure full compliance with CIW regulations and safeguarding standards
- Lead, motivate and develop a stable and skilled staff team
- Promote positive outcomes, safeguarding and emotional wellbeing for children
- Maintain high standards of care, quality assurance and inspection readiness
Essential Requirements:
- Experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care OR a Deputy Manager ready for progression
- Strong working knowledge of CIW regulations and legislation
- Proven leadership and people-management skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and delivering high-quality child-centred care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children) or willingness to work towards
