Requirements
- All care staff must complete an enhanced Access NI check
- Register with NISCC
- Obtain two satisfactory References.
- Staff must own their own Mobile phone.
- Complete all Mandatory training.
- Complete Full induction day.
- Complete up to 20hrs shadowing.
- Driver -With own Vehicle
- Obtain car business insurance
- Weekend on and Weekend off

Desirable Skills/Experience
- A level 2 in Health and Social care or a relevant care/and or health qualifications is desirable.
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full mandatory training will be provided.
- Must have a caring, compassionate nature
Main Duties
- Uphold the service users Confidentiality at all times.
- visit Service users in their own homes to assist them with their personal care/showering.
- Assist with toileting needs.
- Personal appearance. hair brushing teeth, shaving etc.
- Assist with care aids.
- support with household duties/shopping if required
- Assist,Administrate or prompt with Medication.
- Uphold the service users dignity and respect at all times.
