We’re hiring: Registered Manager (Residential Care Home)
Full-time, permanent | 29-bed home | £40,000–£44,500
We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of our warm, well-established residential homes.
Ashton Care Group is family-led with 40+ years’ experience. We back our managers properly with practical support, clear expectations and a culture that puts people first (residents and staff).
This role is ideal for someone who wants to:

- Deliver genuinely person-centred care
- Build on a Good CQC service with a clear plan to reach Outstanding
You’ll be supported by:
- Monthly managers’ meetings and shared learning
- Our Nominated Individual
- Ongoing guidance from our Business Operations Manager
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete)
- Care management experience (2+ years preferred)
