We are a local company providing a care at home service as an alternative to moving into a Nursing Home. Enabling people to remain at home helps them maintain personal independence and contact with their local community.
ROLE
- We are recruiting for FULL TIME and PART TIME carers to join our team working within CRIEFF.
- The shifts for which we require staff are morning and evening shifts. Those shifts will be 0700-1300/1400 and 1600/1700- 2100/2200.
We ask that everyone who works with us be available to work with us every 2nd weekend.
RESPONSIBILITY
We assist our clients with the daily activities of living, which include:
- Personal hygiene.
- Meal preparation.
- Assistance with medications.
- We can also assist clients to get out and about, attend appointments etc.
BENEFITS
- When working with us you will be provided with a CONTRACT. All CONTRACTS include HOLIDAY PAY.
- We will provide you with some of the BEST RATES OF PAY within the Care industry. You will be paid a flat rate of £14.50 per hour, 7 days per week.
- We will PAY YOU FROM THE START UNTIL THE END of your shift, INCLUSIVE OF UNAVOIDABLE GAPS. We will also PAY YOUR MILEAGE FOR ANY TRAVEL UNDERTAKEN DURING YOUR SHIFT.
- Experience is not essential as all staff are provided with a fully comprehensive induction followed by on-the-job supervision until confident and competent.

- Caring and kind nature
- Experience preferred but not essential.
