As a Live-in Carer, you’ll provide personalised support, including personal care, mobility assistance, household tasks, and companionship, allowing customers to stay comfortably in their own homes. Our live in care packages are based on a rota of 1 week on, 1 week off OR 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
Working hours will average between 8-12 hours per day with a two hour break.
PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IF FOR A ZERO HOUR CONTRACT.
Who You Are
To be a Live-in Carer you will need to be adaptable, personable and happy to put others first as you enable our customers to live life to the full. You'll also need to meet the following requirements:
- Compassionate, patient, and experienced in care
- Skilled in administering medication
- Adaptable, organised, and tech-savvy
- Comfortable with pets and cooking

What You’ll Do
You’ll live with the service user in their home during your placements, with time off at agreed intervals and your own lockable private bedroom. Key duties include:
- Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
- Support with daily living activities: cooking, cleaning, errands
- Administer or assist with medication as per care plans
- Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
- Support clients with dementia, complex health needs, or end-of-life care
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Accurately document care and report changes in client condition
