We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Community Support Workers in Inverness to provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours.
You’ll help individuals live independently, maintain their wellbeing, and achieve personal outcomes, while delivering care in line with Health & Social Care Standards and the SSSC Code of Practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support in line with individual care and outcome plans.
- Deliver personal care with dignity, respect, and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records and follow all safeguarding, Adult Support & Protection, and compliance procedures.
- Promote independence, choice, and person-centred support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, inspections, and training.
- Support organisational activities where required.
Essential requirements:
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities
- At least 3 months’ paid UK care experience in the last 2 years (Care Assistant / HCA / Support Worker)
- Mandatory training completed (or willing to complete with us)
- Up-to-date PVG
- SSSC registration
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable, calm, friendly, and strong communication skills
- Driving license is desirable
