Path2 Solutions is delighted to be hiring Health Care Assistants for its clients' expanding care service based in Sheffield. As a health care assistant, you will be a vital part of not only our operation.
The wellbeing and happiness of our clients and your daily duties will include taking part in clients' daily activities such as basic arts and crafts, managing clinical interventions, assisting with any daily care routines, supporting clients in meaningful activities such as spending time with family and friends, or going on community outings.
