To support our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Assistant with a strong administrative and systems background to join our Sales and Marketing Team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, structure, data accuracy, and process ownership, and who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
This is a highly administrative, coordination-focused role supporting sales, marketing, enrolment, and finance processes.
Core Responsibilities
Administration, CRM (Salesforce) & Enrolment
- Manage and process learner and employer enrolments accurately and efficiently
- Prepare, check, and maintain enrolment documentation and supporting records
- Update and maintain CRM systems (learner records, employer details, advisor notes, pipeline stages)
- Monitor onboarding workflows to ensure learners and employers progress smoothly through each stage
- Maintain accurate contact records and follow-up schedules for the Sales and Advisory Team
- Ensure data accuracy across CRM (Salesforce), spreadsheets, and internal systems
Finance & Reporting Support
- Support finance-related administration, including invoicing coordination, payment tracking, and enrolment confirmations
- Update financial and non-financial records, spreadsheets, and reports
- Assist with internal reporting for sales performance, enrolments, and marketing activity
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve enrolment or payment-related queries
Sales & Marketing Support
- Respond to course enquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a professional and helpful manner
- Provide clear information about courses, entry requirements, pricing, and onboarding processes
- Support marketing projects through coordination, data preparation, and administration
- Assist with campaign set-up, tracking, and basic reporting (email, social media, website activity)
- Help organise promotional activity, events, or digital campaigns where required
General Office & Team Support
- Carry out daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations
- Support the Sales and Marketing team with scheduling, documentation, and coordination
- Maintain organised digital filing systems and shared documents
- Act as a reliable point of contact between learners, employers, advisors, and internal teams
The Profile
We are looking for someone who is admin-first, systems-minded, and highly organised.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative, CRM (salesforce), enrolment, or coordination role
- Strong attention to detail and confidence handling data, records, and documentation
- Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and online tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines
- Professional, calm, and customer-focused communication style
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in education, training, or regulated sectors
- Exposure to finance-related admin (invoicing, payments, reporting)
- Familiarity with marketing support tasks or campaign coordination
