Dual Registered Children’s Home Manager
Location: Warrington (WA1 & WA2)
Salary: £55,000 rising to £60,000 base + bonuses (OTE up to £75,000)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
We are recruiting an experienced Dual Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead two Ofsted-regulated children’s homes in Warrington, located just 3 miles apart.
This is a rare opportunity to be involved from the very start of registration, shaping two high-quality services with strong organisational backing and small, manageable homes.
One home is ready for immediate registration, and the second will come online later this year as part of a dual-registration model.
Benefits
Earning Potential: Up to £75,000
- Base salary: £55,000
- Increases to £60,000 once second home opens
- Ofsted bonuses:
- Outstanding: £3,000 per home (up to £6,000)
- Good: £1,500 per home (up to £3,000)
- Placement retention bonus: up to £9,000

Home 1 (WA2)
- Solo provision (1 child)
- Registration ready
- Immediate start, manager required to attach to the application
Home 2 (WA1)
- 2-bed home
- Planning approved
- Registration ready July 2026
- Part of a dual registration arrangement
Both homes will deliver therapeutic, trauma-informed care in nurturing, well-resourced environments.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident, experienced leader who can drive quality and compliance from day one.
Essential:
- ? Previously held Ofsted registration within the last 2 years (children’s homes)
- ? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- ? Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge
- ? Proven experience leading registrations and inspections
- ? Confident managing staffing, quality assurance, and care planning
Desirable:
- Experience in solo and small group living homes
- Passion for therapeutic and trauma-informed practice
- Calm, values-led leadership style
