Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home.
- Providing leadership and support to the care team.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
- Creating a nurturing and therapeutic environment for the children.
Skills/Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a similar setting.
- Strong understanding of emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
- Passion for supporting children with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
