What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in domiciliary care
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own reliable vehicle
- A genuine passion for delivering quality care and improving lives
- Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently
- Friendly, compassionate, and professional attitude
- DBS update service
Your Role Will Involve:
- Driving to and from client homes within Richmond and the surrounding areas.
- Providing personal care, companionship, and support
- Promoting client independence and dignity at home
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Following care plans and reporting any changes in client needs
