The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead this high-needs mental health supported living service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Registered Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

You will oversee service quality, lead a committed team, maintain regulatory standards, and ensure every individual receives safe, responsive and person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a supportive, inclusive, person-centred culture.
- Ensure the service operates in line with CQC standards, delivering safe, effective, and well-led support.
- Oversee personalised support planning with a focus on recovery, independence, and strengths-based approaches.
- Maintain robust safeguarding, governance, incident management, and risk frameworks.
- Monitor and manage staffing, resources, budgets, and occupancy effectively.
- Build positive working relationships with service users, families, MDTs, local authoritie,s and external partners.
- Drive continuous improvement and champion best practices across all areas of service delivery.
Person Specification
- Experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Registered Manager seeking career progression, ideally within supported living, mental health, or complex-care settings.
- Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a similar service.
- Strong understanding of mental health recovery models and complex support needs.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop staff, deliver supervision, manage performanc,e and maintain high standards.
- Confident in financial oversight, resource management, and service development.
- Committed to high-quality, person-centred care and continuous improvement.
