Registered Children’s Home Manager (EBD) | East Riding of Yorkshire | £50k–£55k

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience)

Location: East Riding of Yorkshire

Hours: Full-time

We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead a children’s home providing care for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

This is a unique opportunity to build systems, inspire a team, and deliver trauma-informed, child-centred care while driving compliance and sector excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team, promoting a culture of respect and empowerment
Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards
Develop bespoke support plans focused on emotional, social, and educational outcomes
Build strong relationships with families, local authorities, and community stakeholders
Drive the home towards “Gold Standard” care in every aspect

Essential Requirements:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential childcare, including 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
In-depth knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations and Ofsted framework
Full UK driving license

Desirable:

Experience with trauma-informed care and complex EBD support
Budget or financial oversight experience
