Are you a Physiotherapist looking for a fantastic community opportunity where you'll be supporting people back to or within their own homes?
We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our friendly D2A service, which is part of the wider Intermediate Care service for Somerset. You will gain an in-depth understanding of community work and supporting people within their own homes.
In line with the NHS 10- Year plan and due to our positive outcomes and progress, we have secured further investment to continue to expand and grow our service, and we have several new posts available.
