Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Contract: Full Time, Permanent: 40 hours per week

Your Key Responsibilities
As our Registered Manager, you will:
- Provide strong, positive, visible leadership to ensure the home delivers safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led care.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements, and all statutory obligations.
- Lead, inspire, mentor, and develop your team - nurturing a culture of learning, openness, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee care planning, clinical governance, staffing levels, and quality assurance processes.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, professionals, and the wider community.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational planning in line with Saint Cecilia’s Care Group values and quality standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation, audits, and reporting to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance.
- Drive initiatives that enhance resident wellbeing and overall home performance.
