Aspire UK is a local care provider established for over 25 years, and is looking to recruit Homecare staff to support local people to remain independent in their own homes by providing companionship and activities for daily living throughout Leicester and Leicestershire.
We are recruiting Full and Part-Time Home Care staff to work Mornings, Lunch, Tea, and Evenings (Hours to Suit You).
Care experience not essential as we provide full, ongoing training and support with mentoring for all staff.
What you will do:
- Support with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Oversee and administer medication as per clients care plan
- Help with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and preparing meals
- Assist with essential errands, from food shopping to the collection of prescriptions
- Provide warming caring companionship in their own homes
What you will bring to Aspire UK:
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
- Compassion, caring, and a reliable nature
- Willingness to learn, no prior experience is required
- The right to work and live in the UK
