We’re recruiting experienced Children’s Residential Support Workers / Key Workers to work across a range of homes in Burnley on a casual basis.
Whether you’re looking for extra shifts or full flexibility, we have a variety of opportunities available, including days, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins and waking nights.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting children and young people in a residential setting
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Contributing to care plans and risk management
- Acting as a key worker where required
- Providing safe, consistent, and nurturing support
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a children’s residential setting (essential)
- Confident in managing challenging behaviours
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
- Flexible and reliable
- Own transport preferred due to shift patterns and locations
