Care Assistant (Drivers with own transport - Full-time, Part-time or weekend)

- Generous pay rates £12.85 + 45p per mile (for car drivers) and your travel time
- Probation rate is £12.25 for inexperienced Care Workers

Requirements For The Care Assistant.
- Care Assistant must be flexible, and able to work key times of service delivery which include mornings, afternoons and evenings and alternate weekends. We are also looking for weekend-only workers to join us.
- Caring and compassionate towards people in need of care.
- Respect for people suffering from a range of medical conditions with different backgrounds and beliefs to your own. Strong commitment to non-discriminatory care practice.
- Excellent reliability.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to support people with all aspects of their daily living in a manner that respects their dignity, is non-judgmental and promotes their independence, choices and privacy.
- Ability to prioritise workloads effectively so customers receive the services they expect.
- Ability to maintain clear written and electronic records and to follow statutory reporting procedures.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures and instructions.
