Starting salary is £26,364.00 basic plus an average of £3,220 in sleep bonuses a year if you complete 1 sleep a week, £27,783.60 + £6,440 for 2 sleeps a week
OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR A SUPPORT WORKER
- A ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Being a Driver is preferable but not essential
- Willingness to learn, as full training will be provided
- Flexibility to work 39 hours a week on average over 4/5 days
- Love of the outdoors and outdoor activities
- Previous experience of Personal Care for males and females is desirable.
