Physiotherapist - Central Locality
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in a dynamic, caring Community Therapy Team. We welcome Physiotherapists from within Oxford Health.
Working within the Community Health Services, Dentistry and Primary Care Pathway, supporting the planned and unplanned therapy needs of our community, you will be able to make a real difference to the patients of Oxford.
The team is made up of Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Nurses, Physiotherapists, Assistant Practitioners, Rehabilitation Assistants, admin staff and a Clinical Lead and Clinical Specialist.
Duties
- As a Community Physiotherapist, you will work within a rehabilitation team, managing a caseload of clients
- Providing a high-quality, appropriate, cost-effective and efficient intensive rehabilitation service for adult patients in Oxfordshire.
- You will deliver safe and effective rehabilitative patient care, working in partnership with colleagues in the multidisciplinary team within the community and acute sectors
- Supporting the efficient use of resources across the whole system, delegating duties as appropriate.
