We’re looking for kind-hearted, dedicated Senior Care Assistants to join our team—people who treat residents like family and bring warmth, compassion, and joy to every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents with:
- Leading the shift
- Administer Medication
- Personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene)
- Mealtimes and daily routines
- Emotional and social wellbeing
- You’ll help create a safe, happy environment where every resident feels valued, respected, and truly at home.
Pay & Perks
- Competitive hourly rate: £17.60 (rising to £18.60 on Saturdays and £26.40 on Sundays)

Who We’re Looking For
Due to this being a senior position, we do need somebody with a level 3 NVQ/RQF/QCF alongside a big heart and a desire to make a difference.
