Somerleigh Court Care Home is recruiting for a Registered Home Manager to manage the home in Dorchester.
Essential Skills
- Experience managing a similarly sized home
- Passionate about Dementia care.
- Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance with CQC requirements
- Experience in recruiting, developing, and managing a team
- Experience in managing and working towards budgets
- Capable of increasing occupancy and marketing the home
- Excellent communication skills, confident working with local authorities, and building new contacts
