About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to an 81-bed residential service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.
You will be responsible for:
• Leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
• Maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards
• Driving continuous service improvement
• Overseeing care planning, safeguarding and risk management
• Managing staffing, workforce development and performance
• Managing budgets and operational performance
• Building strong stakeholder and family relationships
About You
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Eligibility to register as Registered Manager
• Proven leadership experience within residential care
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and person-centred care delivery
• Passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes for residents
