This unique and recognised employer is seeking a Registered Manager for their specialist residential setting attached to an educational establishment in the Lancaster area.
REF 105 – REGISTERED MANAGER – LANCASTER AREA - £UP TO 50,000 BASE SALARY + EXTENSIVE BENEFITS
The Registered Manager in Lancaster will:
- Lead and manage this CQC-registered service.
- Ensure the services continue to comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a multi-disciplinary staff team to provide the highest standards of care and support.
The Registered Manager will need:
- Level 5 Leadership and Management/Health and Social Care.
- Experience in holding registration for CQC-registered services.
- Effective Leadership and Management skills.
