Park Homes UK Ltd is looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our team at St Stephen’s Care Home in Sandbach.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is committed to delivering outstanding, person-centred care and driving excellence in a well-established service.
Key Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN (essential)
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or senior leadership role within a care home
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality care
The Role:
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading and developing your team, and maintaining the highest standards of care for our residents.
