The Role
As a Registered Care Manager, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Ensure full CQC compliance and governance
- Conduct client assessments and develop care plans
- Manage reviews and care adjustments
- Lead recruitment, induction and staff development
- Carry out audits, spot checks and reporting
- Convert enquiries into care packages
- Build relationships with GPs, discharge teams and community partners
This is a hands-on leadership role with real autonomy.
What You’ll Need
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Willingness to work towards Level 5
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
- Leadership confidence and organisation
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
