Children & Adult Care Worker
People Support is looking for dedicated Children & Adult care and support workers for a Mum and child living in the Welshpool area. This role includes providing care and support to Mum and her child within their home and community. Shifts include sleep-ins.
Pay Rate
Weekdays £13.70
Weekends £14.20
Sleep-ins £88
You must be flexible, reliable, friendly and caring. Your role will be based in Welshpool; however, you may be required to support service users to go out within the community and drive a disabled car.
Role & Responsibilities of a Care Worker
You will be expected to support with;
- Personal Care
- Medication Support
- Light Meal Preparation
- Light Domestic Tasks
- Companionship
- Manual Handling tasks (using a hoist or steady)
- Sleep-ins and night care
- Day-to-day activities
- Supporting parenting
- Cleaning and household tasks
