Job: Female Community Care Worker.
Rates of Pay: £28,000.00 PA, OTE Plus 30p per mile
Shift Pattern: A mixture of mornings and evening shifts.
Hours: 06.00 -14.00 & 15.00 – 22.30
Location: Gloucester and surrounding areas
Plus, every other weekend is required (Five days out of seven)

We are looking for compassionate and committed individuals to join our team as Community Care Workers, delivering a variety of domiciliary support services to our clients in the community. Whether you’re new to care or already experienced, we’d love to hear from you!

What you will be doing
- Assisting with personal washing, dressing, toileting, food preparation and feeding.
- Assisting with mobility, encouraging safety and appropriate use of aids.
- Acting as a companion within the home to allow relative periods of respite.
- Providing practical support in the home, including washing, ironing, cleaning, and shopping.
What we need from you
- You will need to hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
- Be passionate about promoting the mental, spiritual & physical wellbeing of the individuals we support
- Be an excellent communicator
- Be able to demonstrate a passion for providing high-quality care, which enables individuals to live independently at home and to access their local community
- Have good organisational and teamwork skills
- Effective time management skills
- Have the ability to work independently following verbal or written instructions
- Be committed to progressing a career in Adult Social Care.
- Be able to obtain Business Insurance.
