Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care
Location: Heathfield, East Sussex
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Available on application (dependent on experience and CQC registration status)
Start Date: 7th July 2026 (late June start preferred for handover)

We are now seeking a passionate and driven Registered Manager to lead our well-established Heathfield branch in East Sussex. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to shape the future of a thriving service, inspire a dedicated team, and build strong relationships within the local community.
This role would suit an enthusiastic and motivated leader who is committed to delivering outstanding, person-centred care. Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is always looking for ways to improve and grow services.

Key Responsibilities
- Register with and maintain compliance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Drive service growth while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Work with the recruiter to recruit, develop, and support a high-performing care team
- Listen to feedback from staff and clients and implement improvements
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
- Monitor performance and uphold the highest standards of care delivery
Role Requirements
- Experience working within a care setting
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership
- Domiciliary care management experience (desirable)
