Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as a Registered Manager is based in Leeds. The Registered Manager will oversee daily operations of the care unit, ensuring compliance with health and social care regulations. Responsibilities include managing and supporting a highly skilled team developing and implementing care plans, liaising with families and external bodies, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement. The role also involves leadership in ensuring a safe, caring, and professional environment for both staff and residents.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
- Strong leadership, team management, and organisational skills
- Thorough knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with families, residents, and external bodies
- Experience in care planning, assessment processes, and regulatory documentation
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care, dignity, and respect for residents
- Previous experience in a managerial role within health or social care
- Dedication to promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
