CQC compliance duties are fully managed by our Nominated Individual — so you can direct your energy where it matters most: outstanding clinical leadership and driving business growth.
Lead regulatory excellence and drive real clinical and commercial impact at an integrative mental health service that's redefining what good care looks like — full-time, mainly remote.
What You'll Own
Set the standard for clinical quality across the service — overseeing pathways, clinical governance, and ensuring exceptional, safe patient care.
Safeguarding & risk Serve as the operational safeguarding lead — ensuring processes are robust, documented, and embedded in everyday practice.
Play an active role in shaping clinical pathways, service design, and the ongoing development of Lenus Global's offering to patients
Partner with Directors to support growth — identifying opportunities, building relationships, and helping drive the commercial direction of the service.
Who we are looking for
Essential
● Experience as a manager in a regulated healthcare setting
● Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and Fundamental Standards
● Proven governance, audit, risk, and safeguarding experience
● Background in telehealth or private healthcare
● High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
● Comfortable working autonomously with strategic oversight
Nice to have
- Experience in psychiatry, neurodevelopmental, or wellness services
- Remote healthcare governance background
- Level 5 Leadership qualification or equivalent
- A genuine interest in integrative and innovative mental health approaches
