Registered Manager – Children’s Residential
Location: Stone
Salary: From £50,000 + 10% Bonus
Contract: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (9am–5pm) + On-Call

We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs linked to trauma and adverse childhood experiences.

The Role:
- Full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing care team
- Ensure Ofsted compliance, safeguarding, and high standards of care
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and service delivery
- Drive positive outcomes for children and young people
- Work collaboratively with external professionals and stakeholders
- Participate in a shared on-call rota
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager / Deputy Manager in children’s residential care
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations & safeguarding
- Level 5 Diploma (or working towards)
- Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
