We are seeking an experienced Clinical Registered Manager to lead a well-established and growing provider of domiciliary care, complex care, and nursing care at home across Beaconsfield and the Buckinghamshire region.

- Elderly individuals wishing to remain independent
- People with complex clinical needs, including spinal cord injuries and bowel management care

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of domiciliary care, complex care, and nursing care at home services
- Provide clinical oversight for complex packages of domiciliary care, complex care, and nursing care at home
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards
- Build strong relationships with families, commissioners, and healthcare professionals
- Drive continuous improvement across all domiciliary care, complex care, and nursing care at home services
About You
- Registered Nurse (RGN or equivalent) – essential
- Experience in domiciliary care, complex care, and nursing care at home
- Strong understanding of complex care needs, including spinal cord injury and bowel care
- Proven leadership or management experience
- Full UK driving licence – essential
- Passion for delivering exceptional domiciliary care, complex care, and nursing care at home
