Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate an experienced team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, child-focused care.
- Maintain and aim to exceed our current Good Ofsted rating, setting sights on achieving Outstanding.
- Manage all aspects of home operations, including safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and implementing the Statement of Purpose.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with social workers, families, and professionals.
- Handle budgeting, rosters, recruitment, and staff training.
- Embed the Secure Base model and Trauma-informed practices, ensuring all care is centred around the young people’s needs.
