Are you a senior care assistant who has helped run a larger nursing home and is looking for your next step into leadership and management? My client is looking for someone who can lead from the front, guiding newly qualified care staff.
The role
Working Monday to Friday supernumary only, you will, however, need to cover the floor as and when needed and step in for management from time to time. Care plan management and clinical auditing will be part of your role alongside assessments and staff recruitment.
