Responsibilities
We're looking for a dedicated Complex Care Assistant to
support our client in Ulverston.
This role offers the chance to make a real difference, providing personalised
care that helps someone thrive in their own home.
Your role will include:
Providing personalised assistance with daily living activities
- Administering medication
- and supporting health needs
- Assisting with mobility and positioning to ensure comfort
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Performing clinical interventions as required for complex care needs
- Maintaining accurate
- care records and collaborating with healthcare professionals
