Registered Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a warm, stable environment, modelling trauma-informed and relational care practices.
- Ensure the home consistently meets all regulatory standards and remains inspection ready.
- Oversee safeguarding, risk assessments, and coordinate multi-agency working to protect and support children.
- Manage and develop staff through supervision, training, and performance management.
- Lead team meetings, reflective practice, and cultivate a positive team culture.
- Manage budgets, resources, and the overall home environment effectively.
- Provide regular reports and quality assurance feedback to the Responsible Individual.
- Participate in the on-call rota to ensure consistent leadership and support.
