Carer - Complex care

We are looking for a Carer who has experience in delivering complex care, previous experience in peg feeding is essential, knowledge of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy would be advantageous. Days shifts and waking night sits are available depending on availability, clear communication is essential. The successful candidate is likely to support only one or two service users so will need to be friendly, approachable and be able to build up a rapport easily.
Responsibilities
- Assist with healthcare and personal care routines
- Promote independence while delivering person-centred care
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team, covering shifts during holidays or illness
Requirements
- Clean, full UK driving licence
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) minimum NHS JobsSkills for Care
- At least 2 years’ experience as a PA, complex carer, or support worker
- Honest, reliable, professional—and someone who builds warm, respectful relationships
- Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
- Excellent and clear communication skills
