Are you an experienced Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step?
We're recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to lead a brand-new Ofsted-regulated Children's Residential Home, providing emergency and crisis placements for children and young people with highly complex needs.
This is your chance to build a service from the ground up, recruit your own team, shape a positive culture, and deliver outstanding, trauma-informed care that changes lives.
Responsibilities
You'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance while creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can recover, grow and thrive.
- Experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager within a children's residential home
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Quality Standards
- Experience supporting children with complex trauma, EBD, CCE, CSE and safeguarding concerns
- Excellent leadership, team management and communication skills
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
- Full UK Driving Licence
