Adept Care homes provide residential care and residential dementia care in our family-run, Midlands-based care homes. We help our residents to lead enriched, happy, and fulfilled lives, supported by a friendly, caring team.
You will be joining the team at Chetwynd House, a luxury 75-bed care home, offering high-quality residential and dementia care.
Role
- As a Care Team Leader, you will assist the Care Home Management Team while leading and supervising the care team to ensure personalised, high-quality care for residents.
- You will conduct various audits, maintain accurate records, oversee the keyworker system, and provide flexible support by completing care shifts as needed.
- Your role involves coordinating with healthcare professionals, managing medication, performing regular quality checks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- You will foster a welcoming environment for residents, relatives, and staff while maintaining confidentiality, participating in team meetings, and be a champion of Adept’s vision of creating a superb place to live and work.
Our team receive on-going training and development from our dedicated Training Manager and Lifestyle & Dementia Manager who offer everything from online training to classroom-based sessions and 1:1 mentoring.

We are recruiting a Care Team Leader;
- Salary up to £ 17.00 per hour
- Full-time hours including alternate weekends
- 5 shifts a week
What we are looking for;
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Previous Senior Care Assistant experience (essential)
- Extensive experience in Dementia Support & Care
- Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
