Overview

Are you an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager with a passion for supporting young people and leading high-performing teams?

We are recruiting an Ofsted Registered Manager to oversee our Supported Accommodation service based in Charlton, London.

Salary: From £30,000 per annum

Essential Qualifications

Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or an Ofsted-recognised equivalent)
Relevant Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare, Health & Social Care, or Children & Young People's Workforce
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics are desirable

We're looking for someone with:

At least 3 years' management or supervisory experience within children's residential care
Experience working with children and young people with emotional, behavioural, or complex needs
Strong leadership and team development skills
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Experience preparing for Ofsted inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance
Experience developing care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies
