Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire

Pay rate: £14.13 per hour + company bonuses!

Hours: Full time, Days

Responsibilities as an Activities Coordinator:

Plan and deliver meaningful, person-centred activities to support residents wellbeing and quality of life
Create engaging activity plans tailored to residents interests, needs and abilities
Provide companionship and one-to-one support for residents requiring additional support
Support residents living with dementia through appropriate activities and engagement techniques

Requirements as an Activities Coordinator:

Minimum 2 years experience delivering activities within a care home or similar environment
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Activities, or willingness to work towards this
