CJP Outreach Services are a care and support provider that is growing rapidly and a robust organisation that delivers outreach and supported living care for people with complex care and support requirements. We ensure that the person we care for is at the centre of everything we do, and we ensure our colleagues are well supported, appreciated and invested in.

We are excited to be developing a new service in Somerset, based in Taunton, and are seeking an experienced and driven CQC Registered Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the development and management of our Somerset services.

This is a brand new post and provides a unique opportunity for the right candidate to play a key role in establishing and developing our new Somerset service, whilst providing oversight and leadership to packages and services that currently fall within the Somerset area.

We are looking for a Registered Manager who is dynamic, forward thinking, supportive and has exceptional communication and leadership skills, with extensive experience of supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs, including behaviours that may challenge.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of CQC requirements and will be responsible for ensuring that the service operates to the highest standards of care, quality, compliance and governance.

The Registered Manager will work closely with our Commissioning Team to support the continued growth of our services across Somerset. This will include supporting the development, mobilisation and integration of new packages, ensuring that new referrals are assessed appropriately and that the right staffing, training, systems and support are in place to provide a safe and effective service from the outset.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager who wants to be part of the development of a growing service and have the autonomy to build, develop and grow the Somerset operation responsibly, whilst maintaining a strong focus on quality and positive outcomes for the People We Support.

The Registered Manager will be responsible for motivating and developing the staff team to deliver the highest quality care and support, promoting Positive Behaviour Support and empowering People We Support to live meaningful and fulfilled lives.

The Registered Manager will oversee the recruitment, induction, training, supervision and performance management of staff members, provide leadership and guidance around complex needs, and maintain strong and professional relationships with commissioners, social services, health professionals, families and other stakeholders.

The Registered Manager will work closely with the wider CJP Outreach Services management team, including our Commissioning Team to ensure that our Somerset services have strong governance systems and that new and existing packages are delivered to the highest standard.
