Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes or supported living settings.
- Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Support clients with medication in line with company policies and training.
- Help with meal preparation, nutrition, and hydration.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with mobility and promote independence.
- Complete accurate care records and report any changes in clients' wellbeing.
- Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and your Care Coordinator to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
A Level 2 diploma is required for this role.
Experience
Previous experience working as a support worker, healthcare assistant, or caregiver is preferred.
