Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care | Northampton | £40,000–£45,000 package (incl. electric car) | Full-time

Livefully is on a growth mission — and we're looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead the way.

We deliver high-quality domiciliary care to clients across Northamptonshire, currently around 500 care hours a week. Our target: 1,000 hours a week, plus a brand-new second office opening in Leicestershire. This is a genuine build role — join now while there's real room to shape the service and grow with it.

The role

As our CQC-registered manager, you'll hold full accountability for the safety, quality and compliance of our care delivery. You'll lead an established team of coordinators, team leaders and carers — backed by our wider organisation on finance, recruitment, systems and growth.

What you'll lead:

CQC registration and compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and the Single Assessment Framework
Quality and safety of care delivery — safeguarding, care planning, risk management, medication and incident oversight
The operational team, setting standards and supporting staff to do their best work
Capacity, rotas and continuity of care as we scale toward 1,000 hours/week
Relationships with clients, families, local authorities and commissioners
Audits, policy and inspection-readiness
The launch and shaping of our new Leicestershire office

What we're looking for:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or working towards)
Experience as a Registered Manager, or a strong deputy ready to step up, in domiciliary/home care
Solid knowledge of CQC regulation and the Single Assessment Framework
A calm, organised leader who sets high standards and builds capable teams
Right to work in the UK; willing to complete an enhanced DBS check and CQC fit person assessment

Your reward package:

£40,000–£45,000 total package
A brand-new, fully electric Hyundai executive vehicle — yours for personal use too, fully expensed (lease, gap insurance, fleet insurance), worth £8,000+/year, with minimal company car tax
Company laptop and equipment
Workplace pension with employer contributions
A genuine progression opportunity — help build the service and shape a second location

This is a build role, not a caretaker role. If you're ready to take real ownership and grow with us, we'd love to hear from you. All enquiries handled in confidence.

Livefully is committed to safe recruitment and equality of opportunity. All appointments are subject to satisfactory references, an enhanced DBS check and proof of right to work in the UK.
