As the Registered Nursing Home Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for the clinical, operational and commercial performance of this 41 bed nursing home.
This is a visible, hands-on leadership position. You’ll remain close to residents and colleagues, spending time throughout the home to understand what is working well, where support is needed and how the resident experience can be continually improved.
What you’ll need
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) status with an active, unrestricted NMC Pin.
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a nursing home.
- A visible, approachable leadership style and a willingness to remain actively involved across the home.
- Commercial acumen with experience managing staff budgets and wage-to-turnover ratios.
- A strong understanding of care standards, clinical governance and resident dependency
