Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to join a residential care setting in Tywyn, Wales.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Nurse.
- Previous experience working as a Home Manager / Registered Manager / Deputy Manager.
- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership experience.
- Good understanding of safeguarding, compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Relevant nursing and Health & Social Care qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management and operation of the home.
- Provide strong clinical and operational leadership.
- Lead, supervise and develop the care team.
- Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance.
- Manage staffing, rotas and day-to-day operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
- Work with residents, families and relevant healthcare professionals.
- Support inspections and ensure regulatory standards are maintained.
