Registered Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum D.O.E + CQC Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands

Hours: Full-time with flexibility

HCR is recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a prestigious care provider. Under new ownership, the organisation is committed to delivering the highest standards of care across its 4-bed Learning Disabilities service. Caring for younger adults with Mental health and complex needs alongside the management of a single contracted domiciliary care package.

The service supports younger adults aged 18+, and the successful candidate will be an experienced Registered Manager with a strong background in Learning Disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding CQC ratings and will be confident in supporting service improvement and turnaround management where required.

Registered Manager Duties:

Oversee daily operations and ensure safe, effective care
Protect residents from avoidable harm and abuse
Ensure proper medication management and documentation
Conduct quality and safety monitoring checks
Promote and organise social activities

Registered Manager Requirements:

Must be a CQC Registered Manager
To have recent experience in managing a supported living service
Ideally to have but not essential NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership or RMA equivalent, or willing to work towards it.
