We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our dedicated team and ensure the highest standard of care for our residents. With a strong reputation in the community, our 36-bed home provides a warm, supportive environment and prides itself on its person-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home in line with CQC regulations
Ensure a safe, caring, and homely environment for residents
Support and mentor staff, fostering a culture of respect and professional growth
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community including networking and information events nearby
Oversee care planning and ensure compliance with all safeguarding procedures
Conduct and finalise audits
Report to the board and attend monthly board meetings

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a Registered Manager role (or Deputy looking to step up)
Registration with CQC as a manager or willingness to complete the interview with CQC
A current NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A genuine passion for elderly care and person-centred support
Experience in End of Life and Falls prevention gold standards
