Job Title: Care Assistant / Support Worker (Drivers Preferred)

🔑 What You'll Do:

Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support
Support with daily living tasks (meal prep, mobility, hygiene, medication)
Follow care plans and promote client independence
Work with vulnerable adults and children, including those with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs
Maintain accurate daily records and report any concerns
Provide safe and sensitive care in the client’s home or community

✅ What We're Looking For:

Caring, respectful, and committed individuals who want to make a real difference
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly preferred
Business insurance (or willingness to obtain it)
Experience in care is a bonus, but not essential — we offer full training
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
